2 HOURS: 300 CAD

Held over 2 hours in a beautiful space overlooking the mountains, this session offers dedicated time for your body to be witnessed and cared for with presence and reverence.

We begin by exploring your current season of womanhood: physically, emotionally, cyclically, and spiritually, before moving into hands-on womb-centered care. Sessions may include work with the face/jaw, neck, abdomen, womb, whole pelvis, deep ceremonial holding, and nervous system care - depending on your needs and comfort level. For first-time sessions, all touch remains external

This is a collaborative and consent-led space. You are always in choice. Your boundaries, comfort, and pacing are deeply honored throughout the entire process.

The primary intention of these sessions are for you to be held in every dimension, realm, and layer of your womanhood in a way that ripples into your physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

Please Note that having a IUD is contradictory to receiving a Ceremonial Womb Care Session.

HOW A SESSION UNFOLDS

Every session is a unique, deeply attuned unfolding for your body to feel nurtured in any season you are arriving in, shaped by your body, your story, and what is ready to be tended.

  • We begin slowly, arriving together in the space and settling your nervous system before reviewing your intentions, health history, and anything currently asking for care or attention;

  • We explore where you are physically, emotionally, hormonally, and energetically. Your body’s wisdom guides the rhythm and depth of the session.

  • Through gentle assessment and intuitive listening, I begin to notice patterns of tension, holding, protection, and flow within the body

  • The session unfolds at the pace your body sets. Nothing is forced, rushed, or expected.

  • Sessions may include womb and abdominal massage, womb steaming support, breath connection, nervous system regulation, whole woman bodywork, sound, prayer, ritual elements, intuitive guidance, and hands-on care woven together ceremonially.

  • We close with grounding, integration, and personalized aftercare support so your body has space to continue unfolding beyond the session.

  • Every session is unique and guided by your body’s needs in the moment.

    Sessions often include a blend of womb and abdominal massage, myofascial bodywork, breathwork, nervous system regulation, intuitive guidance, and ceremonial elements woven together slowly and intentionally.

    There is always space for conversation, grounding, and integration before and after the hands-on portion of the session. The work unfolds at the pace your body sets - nothing is rushed or forced.

  • For first-time sessions, all touch is external only.

    If internal pelvic is ever offered in ongoing care, it is discussed thoroughly beforehand and approached with deep care, education, and consent. You are always fully in choice throughout the session and are welcome to pause, decline, or change direction at any time.

    This work is rooted in safety, collaboration, and honoring the intelligence of your body.

  • Not at all.

    Some women come primarily for physical support -  such as painful cycles, pelvic tension, fertility preparation, postpartum recovery, or nervous system regulation. Others arrive seeking emotional healing, reconnection, or a deeper relationship with their femininity and body.

    This work meets you where you are. You do not need to identify as spiritual to receive the benefits of intentional, attentive care. Our womanhood is the ultimate ceremonial experience.

  • You are encouraged to arrive hydrated, nourished, and wearing comfortable clothing.

    If possible, create spaciousness before and after your session so your body does not need to rush immediately back into daily demands. Bringing water, a journal, or anything that helps you feel grounded can also be supportive.

    Most importantly, come exactly as you are.

  • Yes, absolutely.

    Many women deeply love receiving during menstruation, as this can be a time when the body is longing to be held, softened, and supported.

    During menstruation, the pelvis and womb space are often in a more open and receptive state, which can allow the body to receive the work very deeply. Sessions during this phase can feel especially nourishing, grounding, and regulating for the nervous system.

    Everything is always adapted to your comfort, energy levels, and needs during your cycle.

  • Sometimes a single session creates profound movement.

    For some women, one session offers exactly what was needed in that season. Others discover this work opens the door to a deeper ongoing relationship with their body, nervous system, womb, and cyclical nature.

    Long-held patterns within the body often unfold layer by layer. Returning over time allows the tissues, nervous system, and emotional body to soften gradually and sustainably.

  • Yes. This work is deeply consent-led and trauma-aware.

    Your pace, comfort, boundaries, and nervous system are prioritized throughout the entire session. There is never pressure for emotional release, vulnerability, or physical intensity.

    You are welcome to communicate your needs at any time, and every part of the session is collaborative. The intention is never to override the body, but to listen to it.

  • Yes, pregnancy can be an incredibly beautiful time to receive this work.

    However, sessions are not offered during the first trimester in order to honor and protect the preciousness of the body’s early expansion, implantation, and foundational changes taking place.

    Beginning in the second trimester, sessions can offer deeply nourishing support for the changing body, nervous system, pelvis, breath, circulation, and emotional experience of pregnancy. Care is always adapted specifically to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs.

  • Yes. Ceremonial Womb Care can be a deeply supportive practice for women who are trying to conceive.

    This work helps cultivate circulation, softness, nervous system regulation, pelvic alignment, and connection within the womb space, all of which can be important foundations for conception, pregnancy, and birth preparation.

    Beyond the physical body, many women also find this work supportive emotionally and energetically while moving through fertility journeys, uncertainty, grief, hope, and preparation for motherhood.
