As a woman who walked myself home to my womb & womanhood, I spent way too long getting stuck in my head & trying to quick fix or fast food my way out of my pain.

WHAT I CAME TO REALIZE IS THAT WHAT MOST WOMEN ARE THINKING IS THE WAY TO THEIR EMBODIMENT, ACTUALLY NEEDS TO BE FELT.

And not just the tears and rage that so many of us are wanting to feel. The tangible feeling of the tissues of our breasts, bellies, and vulvas that have been holding the tension, memories, and ache for so long.

MY WORK WAS CREATED FOR THE WOMAN WHO IS READY TO DEVOTE TO HER BODY.

For the woman who recognizes that no one is coming to save her.

For the woman who has woken up to the truth that the industries that we have put our faith in to support our wombs & womanhood, have failed us.
