changing the world, one womb at a time –
a reclamation of the way we bleed, birth, orgasm + die.

Emotional Associations + Color Psychology

If the teachings of Jasmine Rose could be summarised with one word, it would be ‘power’. The branding and website design of Jasmine Rose and the entity of Humble Wild Wellness intends to effectively communicate a forgotten power - the strength of the rising feminine and the liberation from systems containing that embodiment, wisdom and self-trust.

This site acts as an online home for any woman untaming herself from outdated stories of emotional suppression, yet needs to be inviting, warm and safe to its visitor. There is an emphasis of accessible, informative content, which is displayed through minimalism and simplicity in its design and functionality.

The selected colour palette represents a traditional association with the feminine, not straying too far from our immediate psychological connection to flesh, blood and feminine qualities like softness, love and comfort. However - the deep red is used as an accent throughout the site to emphasise the depth of the journey within: relearning, reclamation, reconnecting.

While the colour pink represents compassion, nurturing and tenderness, red has guts. It is strong, dramatic and intense, yet still associated with love (think: red roses). The selected deep red is intended to create a strong call to action for the visitor. Pink has also been associated with a sign of hope - a love-letter through colour for a potential client who is suffering on her journey of fertility. It is a colour that symbolises understanding, intuition, insight and empathy, all experiential emotions one will meet in their relationship with Jasmine.
