After 10years experience of walking both myself & other women through the vast physiological and deeply mysterious terrain of the cycles of womanhood, I’ve learned that the most important thing about restoring our vital connection & health of our female physiology isn’t JUST reading the books, taking the herbs, and blindly checking off the boxes of the practices we are being told to do.

It’s about building a strong foundation of literacy & bringing our devotional presence to the altar of our bodies, over and over again. It’s about cultivating a lifelong relationship with the cycles, rhythms, and spirals of our womanhood and SERVING our bodies as the altar.

WHAT I CAME TO REALIZE IS THAT WHAT MOST WOMEN ARE THINKING IS THE WAY TO THEIR EMBODIMENT, ACTUALLY NEEDS TO BE FELT IN THEIR TISSUES & BLOOD.

And not just the tears and rage that so many of us are wanting to feel. The tangible feeling of the tissues of our breasts, bellies, and vulvas that have been holding the tension, memories, and ache for so long.

Because, like any relationship that we wish to thrive, we are going to be asked to truly listen, make space, hold ourselves tenderly, and get to know our bodies in a way that we never have before.

Because, we have felt the ache of the body of Woman for generations.

And real talk? Because, is it our own responsibility, to ourselves, to fully & wholly participate in the potential of our thriving as Women.
